Biggest Akorn Kamado Grill Secret #CharGriller #Sponsored #Kamado
Hey everyone! Today we are going to talk about one of the biggest secrets about the Akorn Auto Kamado. Well, it's at least one of the most over looked things and that is cleaning out the top vent. Because of how choked down we can make this smoker perform for low and slow activities, a lot of greasy smoke and steam can build up in the track that the top vent slides in. When it gets cold it can really make it difficult to spin the track. Knowing that I really recommend that at least once a year we take the top vent off and give it a good cleaning. Trust me, give this video's recommendations a shot and you'll be happy you did. And when you do, make sure to drop a comment and let me know how it worked out for you. #CharGriller #Sponsored #Kamado

Hey everyone! Today we're following up from our last video using some phospate based injection to see if we can't get the best tenderness on our bbq ribs. Since we're testing injection I always wanted to see if jaccarding ribs would make them more tender as well so were going to be running a rack like that as well as a control rack of pork ribs. Hey everyone, today we are going to talk about a bit of an advanced technique when it comes to BBQ. That topic is the use of added phosphates in our food. Today we're talking about my personal favorite and that is moisture magic by @KosmosQ but there are several others out there. What a phosphate does is bonds to water and protein when you use it in something like an injection or brine. Dependi...

Hey everyone, Today we are going to do the ultimate bbq rib showdown, the St.Louis cut spare rib vs the baby back rib. Hey everyone, today we are going to try something I've been thinking about for a long time. We're going to try to make the most addictively good rib ever by seasoning them with BBQ potato chips! Did a 5 hour cook today and it was awesome. 8lbs. Did one hour of full smoke at 350, took it off and wrapped it in foil. Did the remaining time between 350 and 275 as the coals died down. Finished out at 199 degrees and was nice and tender. There really are many ways to do this. Thanks for sharing!!!

350 is crazy high for BBQ pork. 225-275 is best. You're missing out on flavor by wrapping that early.

My traeger I got a heavy wood smoker from smoke daddy. I add 2 wood pieces in close the tabs and set it under the grate And it smokes if it’s dry then it will be burn faster and I can’t add more wood during a cook I would have to pull the grate then fill up more wood to much of a hassle So I have to soak my wood

I can smoke stuff on a 10x10 grill, not hard, quit over complicating things for average people back in the day they hung meat from the ceiling and smoked it with the dirtiest smoke possible because it infused the meat with wood flavor and make the outside impervious to parasites etc, the real reason meat was smoked, stop worrying do your own thing and try it all, only your mouth says what’s good not this dude

  • @ni_wink84

Smoke fire etc is for everyone who wants a flavor no one can say what’s ok or what the flavor is you want , stop watching these channels and go do your own thing there’s no such thing as dirty smoke, if you want heavy smoke flavor do it stop listening to all the “experts “ and do what you want to do, it’s called smoking not cooking. Dirty smoke as they say is what gives it that deep hearty flavor that’s why they call it smoking 🙄🙄🙄

Using a treager the super smoke mode turns off at 220. I usually put mine on at 185 before I go to bed. Let it run from say 2am-8am at 185. Get up and bump it to 220. Smoke it the rest of the day at 220 until it’s at the stall period and then bump to 275 like he suggested until done. Anyway we all have different ways to skin a cat. Thanks for the video.

I took mine back. Whatever paint they put on it bubbled.up before the cooker was even hot enough to cool. After temp got up during cook the cooking area lid actually shifted letting massive amounts of heat out. I don't know what year these was made but the ones produced in 2023 are horrible hopefully they have fixed the issues as if you read Google reviews they are twrrible.on this smoker. Thanks for the video otherwise your great with tips. Just used those tips in my Oklahoma Joe's that I returned the dakota for. Great video thanks

As an avid griller, I've had my fair share of experiences with different types of grills. I made the switch from Qstoves+ to Asmoke and I can honestly say it's been a game changer. The Asmoke grill offers precise temperature control and a variety of wood pellet flavors, allowing me to experiment and bring out unique flavors in my food. The convenience of the digital controller and the pellet feeding system is a significant upgrade from my previous grilling experience with Qstoves+. The ASCA™ technology and FlameTech patent are truly impressive, providing efficient cooking and easier cleaning. Additionally, the fact that it's battery-powered and portable has made my outings much more enjoyable. From my backyard to camping trips, Asmoke has definitely changed the way I grill. #Asmoke

As a former Qstoves+ user, I can confidently say that switching to Asmoke has been a complete game changer for me. The first thing that struck me about Asmoke was the precision and control I had over my cooking. The digital controller and dual sensors make temperature control a breeze, allowing me to achieve consistent, high-quality results every time. The ASCA™ technology also ensures more efficient cooking and easier cleaning, which I appreciate as someone who grills often. But perhaps the biggest selling point for me was the portability of Asmoke. Being battery-powered and lightweight, I can bring it to picnics, camping trips, or tailgating events without any hassle. And with the app, I can adjust the temperature remotely and even share my recipes! Truly, Asmoke is not just a grill, but a revolution in outdoor cooking. #Asmoke
